I just placed these pictures to show the worst case scenario for photographers:

First song only ... stage about 7' high plus monitoring ... darkblue lights throughout the song ...
using an ASA1600 I had 1/15 - 2.8 !!! ... the next day I heard that there even was a singer
way back on stage ... he was invisible for the photographers in the pit ... and in addition a killing
volume level that was close to insanity ... well, you can't see this on the pics however ...

thanx heavens, not all the concerts are like this...!
